You can delete your Mage Fortress account at any time — in the app, on the site, or by writing to support.
1. In the app or on the site
Sign in, open Profile and press Delete account at the bottom of the page. Confirm with your password (accounts made with Google confirm by typing the login). The account is deleted at once and you are signed out on every device.
2. If you cannot sign in
Write to support from the email linked to the account and ask to delete it. We answer within 7 days.
3. What is deleted
Your login, email, password, Google sign-in, avatar, photos, profile fields, friends, blocks, gold, premium, items and partner links.
4. What stays
Duel results, tournament tables and messages you sent stay without your name, as «deleted player», so your opponents' history stays whole. Records of purchases (order number, product, date) are kept without your login for as long as accounting law and Google Play refunds require. Gold and purchases are not refunded.
